The Housing Service is always trying to keep up to date with current legislation. We now host the Central Borders Access Panel and are looking at bringing the other Borders panels together to create a guide to the "Scottish Borders" which will help both local people and visitors with access issues.

We would like to let you know about some of our partner organisations and over the site you will find information on what DPHS (Borders) is doing. Operating as a Social Enterprise our trading arm is MandSConsultancy. It was set up to do be our training and consultancy arm which seeks to work with disabled people, those over 45, people who are excluded or who seek to change their career.
